To bring some positivity and joy to this Friday 13th, we have thirteen great reads with an edge for just one lucky winner! Books include titles by James Herbert, Adam Nevill and CJ Sansom and are taken from not just the Tor UK list, but from the whole of Pan Macmillan - ranging from adult horror, to zombie tales to spooky YA stories with a few literary gems included to boot.
All *you* need to do is write your favourite thirteen-letter word (or tridecalogism) in the comments and we will select the winner at random from qualifying entries. The competition is open until midnight on Friday 13th in the UK and is open to UK residents only, plus usual terms and conditions apply … good luck (?!)

See below for the rest of these fabulous thirteen and check out our Top Thirteen Friday 13th facts here.
